The date is set folks. I saw the surgeon today and after discussing a few things have a date set for surgery in two weeks. That is, on Wednesday, May 2. Best case scenario, I'll arrive and leave the same day. Worst case scenario - let's not go there. This should be interesting. I did have to sign some paperwork. One of which states that if I die on the operating table, the hospital is not liable. And I was asked if I had ever made a will. Nope. I cannot eat or drink for eight hours before the surgery. I guess I'll just have to think about the grassy knoll while my stomach cries.
