Day light savings tips

So we switched over to daylight savings time recently. I got this flier in the mail from a realtor as a reminder to move the clocks forward. Here's what she had to say:

Daylight Savings Transition TIPS

A brisk walk or run will stimulate the serotonin release in the brain.

Another suggestion is to gain exposure to bright natural light for an hour or two to adjust your daily rhythm.

Eat earlier - Tricking the body to think it is later by eating dinner early (and avoiding caffeine and alcohol) may help to fall asleep sooner.

Get excited about buying or selling your home. Start by calling for a no obligation consultation.

I don't know that the last statement really relates to the time change.
