Noth'en but heat

I made it folks! The week is over and Iaammmm heading into the weekend. Tomorrows plan - 1) haircut, 2) visit mom to go through MY garage crap in preparation for a garage sale she is planning next weekend, 3) unknown (suggestions?). I'm sure I'll be having supper and all over there as well as getting a chance to check out the new hot rod of a car they picked up. Should be fun I tell ya. Good ol hot garage sifting through crap. The sweat rolling down your face, arm pits, legs, feet. Gotta love it man!!!

Tonight's adventure though was checking out some Celtic music a the Albuquerque Zoo. The have this thing called Zoo Music (creative, huh). Tonight's featured band was Gaelic Storm. Pretty good stuff. They played from 7 to about 9:30 with one intermission. But . . . we were busy checking out the animal kingdom since the Zoo allowed the exhibits to stay open later than usual. Good stuff, and good viewings as well. Many of the lions that I've never seen during the day were out! Must be something with dusk and the night coming and maybe - just maybe - the nocturnal side of there nature shining through. Hmmmm.

Anyways, I went with my mom and brother and they've just left a while ago (around 10:30 or so). So I'm chilling with a late night post and some more Disaranno. Good stuff I tell ya. So now that we have some decent weather in our neighborhood, guess what I've got planned on Sunday? You guessed it - more hiking in the Petroglyph park. This time a different trail. Should be fun. And the best part? Sunday's anticipated high will be 98F. Oh YEAH!
