Well here's your Cool Random Photography picture as I promised earlier. Another lucky shot in my opinion.
So let's take a look at some eye exercises, shall we? Here is the link to my original post discussing some success I have had with the so called natural vision correction with eye exercises. After doing some roaming around the web my self tonight, I found quite an interesting tid-bit from the American Vision Institute. It has some great descriptions of various eye problems and conditions and has a downloadable PDF file outlining an exercise program along with examples. Check it out! I'll warn you that the PDF file is around 17 Mbytes for those of you that are using dial up service for your internet access. Ahhh, Ieeeee remember those days. Anyways something to get you started. There is common information that is presented in the Vision for Life program that I got, but has some slightly different exercises.
Aside from that, I should be getting ready for bed. I've got to be to work around 7 in the morning to get some work done before our weekly meeting at 8:30. I got step A started before leaving work today. Step C is a long wait period which requires completion of step B. So I need to get step C going before the meeting, otherwise face a number of wolves who'll be eying me for dinner.
Bed Time. Let's see - 99 bottles of beer on the wall, one fell down, 98 bot . . .

New eyes please
I tell you I really must get back to exercising my eyes on a regular basis. I usually refer to it as a need to stretch my eyeballs and for good reason.
I do suffer from nearsightedness and have worn glasses since I was wee high (actually around eleven years old, give or take a year or two). Anyways, a couple of years ago, I got interested in the concept of improving your eyesight naturally based on something I heard, saw, or something; I don't quite remember. So, in my research, I decided to give the Rebuild Your Vision program a try. When I received the package, I devoured the book and began my religious quest to practice the exercises outlined in the book. And let me tell you, I did see improvement. It was not immediate, but in several months, I really began to notice changes. The was many times that I simply could not believe that I was able to see something better or see greater detail from a distance.
Well, as time passes, things get busy, and guess what? You guessed it right, I started slacking off. I've noticed my vision gradually degrading over the last several months, and know that I've got to bite the bullet and buckle down again stretching my eyeballs on a more regular basis. The program claims it only takes 25 minutes. It always took me longer unless I shortened the outlined times for the exercises. Another reason why it would take me longer is because I began to incorporate other exercises I learned about from my research. At its high point, I might spend close to an hour each night.
As it stands, my vision without glasses is still better than it ever was in recent years before I started the exercises. But, I need to pull out of this lazy snap and get back on track with it. So I know I've probably sounded like a sales man here, but it's only my experiences. As said earlier, it took many weeks to start seeing changes. Not near as fast as the folks pitching the product on their home page.
And the funniest part of this thing, is that about six months after I started the program, another company, The See Clearly Method, started a heavy radio advertising sprint. Interesting timing I think. So get ready to stretch your eyeballs! I'll list some exercises for you to work on in the coming days, weeks, whenever. You try them out. GOT IT!
So your fist homework assignment is to do some of your own research into the subject. Your going to find a lot of info out there. Some free, mostly sales pitches. But there is stuff freely out there. That's how I ended up going from 30 min to an hour!
